BY CAR

From M25 turn off at junction 8 and take the A217 northbound to Sutton. Proceed along the A217 until the end of the dual carriage-way and at the roundabout take the second exit to Sutton.

Continue for approximately half a mile until you come to a junction at Sutton Hospital. Turn right into Chiltern Road and proceed to the T junction at the end of the road. Turn left into Banstead Road and continue down the hill and past the parade of local shops. Go under the railway bridge and take the first turning on the left. Beeches Lodge is a couple of houses past the green on the left. (There is pampas grass in the front garden).

Harrow Road is a residential road with ample free street parking.

BY AIR

Heathrow Airport: Take the M25 southbound until you reach junction 8. Turn off at junction 8 and take the A217 and follow directions above.

Gatwick Airport: Take the M23 north (towards London) at junction 7/8 take the M25 (anti-clockwise towards Heathrow Airport). At junction 8 turn off and take the A217 northbound to Sutton and follow instructions above.

BY TRAIN

Carshalton Beeches BR Station: 5 minutes walk. Services to Victoria, London Bridge, Croydon and Wimbledon.

Carshalton: 10 minute walk. Services to Victoria, London Bridge and Luton, (Thameslink).

Sutton BR Station: 10-15 minute walk or short bus ride. Black cab service at station. Services to Victoria and London Bridge, Croydon and Luton (Thameslink). (Some fast services with minimal stops).

Gatwick Airport: Take the Gatwick Express to Clapham Junction, change trains to one of the above stations.

Heathrow Airport: Take the X26 bus from Carshalton village (opposite Charles Cryer theatre) or from Grove Road, Sutton (outside the post office).

BY BUS

Buses go to Croydon, Kingston, Morden, Royal Marsden Hospital, Sutton, Wallington and Worcester Park.

BY TUBE

Morden Tube Station is only a short bus ride.
